OLPH’s Computer Lab provides students with modern technology to obtain knowledge and skills that they will need for a successful future . It is located in the main building, room 101.

“OPEN LAB” provides Accelerated Reader (AR) & Math Fact Testing opportunities for students
Hours: Mon. – Fri. 7:40am – 8:00am & 3:30pm – 4:00pm (unless otherwise posted)

3rd QUARTER AR/MATH FACTS DUE: Wed. Feb. 29th by 4:00pm
(You can check AR progress and practice Math Facts at your home by logging in)

AR Goals: (Students strive for 85% comprehension per list; scores below 60% do not receive AR credit)

Kinder = 2 points
1st Grade = 4 points
2nd Grade = 5 points
3rd Grade = 10 points
4th Grade = 15 points
5th Grade = 20 points

I will have passwords on all my technology devices.

I will change passwords every 6 month.

I will not share my passwords with others.

My passwords should have at least 8 characters (using a combination of lower & capital letters.

Do not give out personal information online.

Log on only as yourself, not others.

I will not purchase anything on the internet without an adult’s permission.

I will not say harmful things to people online.

I will never meet up with someone I’ve met online.

I will stand up to cyber-bullies.

I will not click on pop-ups.

I will not post pictures of someone without their permission.

I will never post inappropriate pictures.

I will not plagiarize.

I will cite all sources in proper MLA format.
