Admissions
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School is an extension of the family and offers a Christian learning experience within a safe environment. We, the faculty strive to meet the needs of each child by emphasizing the following objectives. In an atmosphere of mutual respect, dignity, and appreciation of one’s giftedness. Students are challenged to develop and grow spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically.
Feb. 8th ~ Feb. 29th K-8th Grade School Rregistration (Current Families)
The time is here for us to begin our process of registration for the 2012-2013 school year (current families). Students have received a registration form in their Feb. 2nd Wed. Blue Folder along with the rates for the new school year. It is necessary for the Registration Form and “payment due” to be return to the office no later than Feb. 29th 2012 to secure a space on the class rolls. We are fortunate to have a waiting list at several grade levels and we will begin processing those students March 1, 2012. Additionally, registration for current students will not be processed if there is an outstanding balance to the school or the CDC.The charges in registration fees and annual tuition have been approved by Father Jose De la Rosa and the School Council. The annual tuition for the 2012-2013 school year has been set at $4,600 an increase of $100 ($10 per month). This small increase enables us to maintain the revenue needed to advance our academic programs. I appreciate your efforts and I encourage your future support and participation in our voluntary fundraisers.
All school fees will be included in the annual tuition. You will not pay additional Educational Fees, Bible Fees, Book Fees, Graduation Fees, or Field Trip Fees. You may at any time by May 15, 2012 make a down payment on tuition in order to reduce your monthly payments for the next school year. Feel free to contact Annabelle Hernandez in the Pastoral Center for assistance.
As you continue to market our school and as a reward for your efforts, you will receive one month free tuition at the one child rate for each new family you refer that registers and attends Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School for the 2012-2013 school year. Also there is a limited amount of funds available for tuition assistance from our Helping Hand Scholarship Program. Applications for this program are available from me and, as always, this is confidential process. The deadline for submitting this form for consideration is Friday, May 4, 2012.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School is committed to providing our families with a superior Catholic education and promoting standards of excellence in all aspects of our program. We realize that our families sacrifice to send their children to Catholic school. Thank you once again for joining our family and say “yes” to Catholic education.
With God’s Blessings,
Jacqueline S. Palermo
